I am a passionate foodie who loves everything there is about food. I enjoy eating beautiful tasting food, preparing exciting dishes using local seasonal produce and most importantly sharing my love of food with family and friends.


Having lived in the Blue Mountains for over 10 years, my love of food and the region left me wanting to tell the world about the place I call home. A few years ago with best friend in hand, we published a coffee table book called Local Heroes, An Insiders Guide to the Blue Mountains. Our book, which celebrates the region, heavily focuses on local food producers, our pick on the best cafes and restaurants and even some recipes from our favourite chefs, was an instant success. After making it onto the bestseller list of many local bookstores, we knew we were onto something when it came to sharing our love of food, so I decided to take it to a whole new level by completing formal training to become a fully qualified chef.


I now invite food lovers to my own Relish Cooking School where I run small group cooking classes from my home kitchen in the beautiful lower Blue Mountains. You can soak up some knowledge and experience in a relaxed and sociable environment, with hands-on classes suited to those who enjoy great food, fun and a little bit of frivolity along the way!
